My wife, 3 yr old son and I were on a 1time flight returning home from a holiday in Cape Town when we were given a complementary "kiddies" pack containing toys and sweets. Included in the pack was the following el cheapo toy which my son really enjoyed playing with. I happened to take a look at the instructions on the back of it and almost fell of my chair laughing! Here's a picture of the toy and the instructions on the back of it:
